What happens if I have issues accessing my subscription benefits?
If you’re subscribed but cannot access the content you’re entitled to, contact us immediately. In most cases, clearing your browser cache, logging out and back in, or checking your subscription status resolves the issue. If not, our support team will assist you in restoring access.
Can I upgrade or change my subscription after signing up?
Yes! You can upgrade from Free to Registered, from Registered to a Yearly Plan, or switch to a Specific Category Subscription at any time. If you're unsure which plan is best for you, email us, and we’ll help you make the right choice.
If I cancel my subscription, will I still have access to content?
If you cancel a paid subscription, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle. After that, you will be downgraded to the Registered or Free Access tier, depending on your account status. Specific category access and Yearly Plan benefits will no longer be available unless you resubscribe.
How do I know which subscription plan is right for me?
